REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS POLICY

1. Registrations & Memberships

  • Registration and membership fees are non-refundable once processed, unless otherwise stated

  • Exceptions may be considered in extraordinary circumstances at NSA’s discretion

2. Event & League Cancellations

  • If NSA cancels an event or league, refunds or credits may be issued

  • If a participant withdraws voluntarily, refunds are not guaranteed

3. Merchandise & Marketplace Orders

  • Vendor products are subject to each vendor’s return policy

  • NSA platform fees are non-refundable

  • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days

4. Subscription Cancellations

  • Membership subscriptions can be cancelled at any time

  • Access remains active until the end of the billing period

  • No partial refunds for unused time

5. Payment Disputes

Chargebacks or disputes may result in:

  • Temporary account suspension

  • Review of membership or vendor privileges
